They waited to make sure the AC was working and running correctly. Their customer service is great! They make sure the job is done right! I will call on them again!
Thank you SW Heating and Cooling! Our AC was not operating and technician Jorge arrived promptly. Within and hour the problem was found, corrected and the house cooling off. I am VERY pleased with the professional service received as well as the company's customer service skills. Calls were quickly returned. I was kept informed as to when to expect service. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. Repair fee was very reasonable. Our technician was knowledgeable and very thorough. I would not hesitate to call on the company again if needed and would also totally recommend them.

They arrived over an hour earlier than anticipated, which was very nice. The gentleman was incredibly professional, polite, and well mannered. He informed me of everything that was happening, what he was doing to correct the issue and what I can do on my own to help prevent future problems. Nothing I like more than is someone educating me on how I can improve things. Definitely would recommend.
Angel was very thorough. He even took the time to explain to me how to flush out my system between maintenance sessions! I thought that was so thoughtful. He showed me how to order my filters from Amazon which will make my life so much easier? Angel did an amazing maintenance service call ??
We have had a great experience with the installation of a new AC system (16 seer and 3 ton handler) and also with the preventive maintenance.
My ac went out about 3 or 4 am. I contacted Southwest at around 7 am and my house was cool by around 930 am the same day! Who does that? SOUTHWEST HEATING AND COOLING.
This company stands above the others in the heating and cooling business. They showed up on time, they were professional, they offered help or information about the a/c unit. All around exceptional service. Ben was friendly courteous young man. My husband and I are very pleased with their service. I have recommended to others on the Island.
This company is awesome! From the moment I called to the time of service. Everyone was so polite and informative! I can’t recommend this company enough. Took care of my A/C with in 2 hours of the initial call. If I could give 6 stars I would!!

I have had a maintenance agreement with SW heating & Cooling for about 2 years, and wouldn't be without it! The technician, Anthony, arrived on time and spent ample time to thoroughly clean and evaluate my system. He gave me tips to avoid future issues. I highly recommend this company!

A/C failed Sunday afternoon. On duty Tech was at our door in less than 30 minutes. Unable to resolve our issue that day. Monday with the house now at 90 degrees Jason went above and beyond to get us up and running. Angel came out and was prompt and polite and got us cooled down!!I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company. I would/will recommend Southwest Heating & Cooling to everybody I know! We just signed up for the bi-annual checkups. The tech arrived on time and was very professional. Companies we have used in the past would show up and be gone in 20 minutes. He took the time and did a very through inspection, really feel like we got a great value for our money. Highly recommend.
Southwest did a fantastic job for me. The office staff was extremely accommodating with my schedule and the technician was right on time. Woody diagnosed the system and had me up and running within 45 minutes. Price was fair and I can’t say enough about the customer service. Job well done to everyone at Southwest.
We bought a new A/C in late 2017 after a power surge ruined ours. We have had continuous problems with it and the company we bought it from has repaired it so many times that we actually spent more on repairs than it originally cost. When it failed again, a few months after another $1,000 in parts and repairs, we resolved to call another company. Southwest Heating & Cooling was recommended to us and our call was answered on the first ring one afternoon, a technician was there at 8 a.m. the next day and quickly had it blowing cold air again after diagnosing the problem and repairing it for only $245. NOTEL We live in Wisconsin but own the home in Cape Coral, Florida, which is being renovated for sale.
I have been using SW Heating & Cooling to perform service on my AC unit for a couple years now. Their field techs are very polite, and professional. Angel did the service today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better individual to perform the work. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what he was doing,; he also provided me with some proactive maintenance tips. Great Experience!!!
Really went out of their way to schedule a return service I had pre-paid for. I had lost my phone and when it was found again there were over a dozen calls over the course of 2 months of Southwest trying to honor their twice yearly maintenance agreement. Kudos to you guys! Speaks volumes to me.

joe was my technician and what a professional, personable, on point employee. Everything works perfect now and if your company decides to let him go at any point, he has an immediate job at my company. Thank u southwest heating and cooling for being prompt, precise, and fairly priced. 6 stars!

Have used SW twice. Can’t be more pleased with quality of service received. Both Joe and Eric were professional in appearance and thoroughly knowledgeable. They both arrived early and performed their service in a way I would expect of an HVAC technician, but have yet to experience with other companies I have used. Yes, our AC unit is old, but their objective was to service our unit and not to sell me a new unit. They were recommended to me by someone in the home service industry and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
We have nothing but praise for your company. With two little ones in the house, your company replied right away to our service. Our old unit lasted 18 years, but needless to say, it was time for a new one. Your company was exceptional to work with. You gave us options of different financing opportunities, and quotes for different systems, with no pressure on which one to choose. Your gentleman arrived on time, the next day and was meticulous, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up the area beautifully and did a wonderful job of installing our new system. They even spent time after working all day to explain and program our new thermostat. It is so refreshing to see such a caring company and professionalism in this day in age. I've used this company twice for issues with the old AC unit that I have in my home. They responded quickly both times, and had a technician out the same day. They are reliable and show up on time. I recommend this company for heating and cooling services.
Wonderful experience! Our AC unit went out in the evening, it was original to our house, almost 16 years old. We were referred to SWHC. They were able to come out next day and get us a new unit installed the next day! Their installers were at our home first thing in the morning. They did a fantastic job!!! We now have them doing 6mo maintenance. Thanks so much for not only being responsive, but your staff was incredibly professional. Great business.
I've used Southwest Heating and Cooling for the past ten years. First and foremost they are reliable. They respond to requests for service promptly. They come when they say they are coming and the support staff will answer your questions or switch you to their service department for more involved questions. AN ACTUAL PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE. Anyone I have spoken too has been nice to speak with. Their service people are knowledgeable and efficient. and provide you with an invoice for completed work along with quotes for any additional work they recommend. Their fees are reasonable for the level of service you receive.

We purchased a HVAC system from Southwest H & C through our builder. After a few months living in the house, we purchased the maintenance package and scheduled our first of 2 annual maintenance check ups. The service person, JWoody, was fantastic! He was thorough and explained everything he did. A problem was found , the parts were ordered, and a re-visit scheduled immediately. Unfortunately, an additional part was needed that was unforeseen so again the other part ordered and another visit scheduled right away. Our experience with JWoody and the scheduler, I believe Natalie, who was on top of getting appointments scheduled as soon as possible, were just great and very pleasant to work with. We found our experience with your company representatives refreshing in knowing they were very concerned with giving us exceptional customer service. Bravo!
John Woody the technician came by today from 8am to 9:10am and was very professional and informative on the findings today. I would highly recommend getting this guy on your side! He is a very hard worker and educated me on everything he was doing.

A long time resident of Cape Coral recommended SWHC to us several years ago, when we bought our home. Their reliability and customer support have proven impossible to beat. Being only part time residents, finding completely reliable vendors is not only hard, but a must, and SWHC has filled the bill. Highly Recommended.
I can’t say enough about this company. I was having issues with my system turning on. A friend referred me to Southwest Heating and Cooling. I thought I would have to wait a few days for someone to come out to take a look and diagnose the problem considering it’s mid-July with record heat AND, are in the middle of a pandemic. To my great surprise, they dispatched someone to my home the same day! My tech, Joe, was very polite, knowledgeable and I appreciated him entering my home with gloves and a mask. That shows that this company truly cares about the welfare of its customers. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and flush the entire system. He did such a great job that I have now signed up for semi-annual maintenance visits so that I can avoid the situation where my AC stops working in the middle of July with 110° Heat index! I’m so happy to find a company that’s responsive, accommodating and does great work at a reasonable price. That’s hard to find in this area!!
I want to thank the Team at Southwest Heating and Cooling for their prompt and professional services. I would definitely recommend this team to help with your A/C needs. Great Value and most importantly, delivered above and beyond service. They kept me informed all the way through the process. We all dread the call from our spouse of the A/C not working especially Friday afternoon entering a scorching hot summer weekend in Florida. I called right away and spoke to Travis Smith who immediately sent out a technician named Joe to inspect. Joe was kind, respectful and professional when delivering the bad news it was time for a new unit. He was also very careful while in our home wearing proper PPE and Disinfecting areas he was working in (COVID -19 era). The team ordered the products and services I needed and was back early Saturday morning to install. Travis even offered and delivered a small A/C unit for our bedroom to help sleep through the night comfortably. Wow, above and beyond our expectations. 3 days later, we are a happy household and grateful that SW Heating and Cooling delivered on their promises. I had a completely positive experience, when having to replace both units, due to death of my old system in the heat of July. Jason knows his stuff and is a no bs kind of guy. Technicians did their thing. Eyvette In the office kept in touch throughout and answered all questions & updates on scheduling. A full unit is a huge investment and though I rarely take the time for reviews, maybe this can help someone else hire a company who can be trusted.
5 Star.....I’ve been doing business with Southwest Heating & Cooling for years. They never try to over sell products. I’ve trusted them after they proved themselves. I also have a rental property ranch home near Bobcat area, they service that as well. I trust them 100% The techs are very knowledgeable and informative. Thank you for doing such a great job and being honest with our community.
