We have been doing business with SW Heating and Cooling for more than 10 years. We had to replace our old AC unit this week and we are very pleased with the results. The installers were right on time and had the old unit removed and the new one installed and running in less than 3 hours. The guys were great and when they were finished, everything was cleaned up and removed. Highly recommended.

Jason and his crew go above and beyond for all of their customers - always available when there is a problem...on one occasion they came to our house on a Saturday night at 9:30 pm to fix our AC. As a 62 year resident Cape Coral, I will tell you, you can do no better for air-conditioning and heating needs. SW Heating & Cooling by far is the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with both as electrical contractor and as a customer of theirs.
The best quality of this company is that they listen with empathy. You will feel heard. They helped me when i needed them. Being a firefighter by trade , that's one of the most important parts of communication and problem solving. Almost as important as honesty and integrity, which Jason has in full. They do great work and give honest answers.
Gerard was our guy came on time and called when he was on the way stayed on the job until we were up and running, Courteous and respectful he had told me he would have to return to check unit again he came back when he said he would, I have also been dealing with S/W Heating & Cooling since 2007/2008 Jasons team all ways comes through!!! Oh I forgot I called late Sat. Afternoon and they showed up HOW ABOUT THAT !!!!!!

Angel from Southwest came out at 11 pm to fix our A/C. Turns out we had a broken wire in our power panel, which he found and fixed quickly. By 1130, our house was starting to cool down again, which was a great relief in this hot weather. We are very pleased with his work and with Southwest heating and cooling.
SWest Heating and Cooling is a wonderful company! They are always there for us when we need them! After Hurricane Ian , they immediately brought us a desperately needed new Air Conditioner! Their employees are honest and skillful as well as personable and respectful! One of their techs, Angel, just came today to do our bi-annual maintenance! He is so friendly and easy to work with! He did a fantastic job! They are very trustworthy!
I did my research approximately 4 years ago and chose Southwest Heating and Cooling to replace my old heating and air conditioner. At that time, I also purchased the blue light system that kills mold and helps with air quality. The salesman I met first and then the installation was done on time by their experienced technicians. They obtained the permit and called for inspection after the work was completed. The office staff was great and kept me informed every step of the way. I also signed up for bi-yearly maintenance to keep my investment in great shape. Once again they kept me informed and the technician comes on time and does his job, answers questions and provides recommendations as necessary. I thought I would write this review because my house is under a remodel and the tile floor was removed. Before turning the system back on after 3 months, I just had their duct cleaning service. Several (2) technicians came out on time again and unloaded their equipment and did the service. As usual from this company, we told them about our existing vent circulating air in the house and they set them in the directions that work best in the house. Their work was followed up by Miranda in the office whom I speak to several times a year, truly a great person and employee. My wife and I are very grateful that SW Heating and Cooling is in our area to get sales and service from this great company.Sincerely,George and CarolCape Coral
