We have been using Southwest Heating & Cooling for several years and the service is always spot on. They do excellent work. They replaced our a/c unit last year and we are so happy with it. All of the technicians are excellent workers, and are very thorough. They arrive on time and are very respectful of property.

The technicians are always Professional, Thorough and friendly. The Ladies in the office are also very friendly and easy to talk to, plus you won't miss your PM if you are in the system, you will get a couple of emails and texts letting you know time to schedule your appointment.

Angel and the company appear to have high integrity, from all data we were able to hear or get. Sadly, it appears that's not common in SWFL but unless something goes awry, we've found our firm.
They came out on the same day I called for service. TJ diagnosed the control board as the issue and went to get a new one and installed on same day. Something still wasn’t right and he diagnosed the problem as a blockage in the drier filter on the Freon line. I’ve had two other companies come out prior and they did not find the issue. TJ came back on Monday and replaced the part and A/C and heat are working great. I should have called Southwest Heating and Cooling first. TJ was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Great Job!!
Service was okay. The $125 fee should have been reduced due to the cost of the repair being $387 and me agreeing to have SW do the work. I understand the fee if I hadn’t agreed for SW to the work.

We have been doing business with SW Heating and Cooling for more than 10 years. We had to replace our old AC unit this week and we are very pleased with the results. The installers were right on time and had the old unit removed and the new one installed and running in less than 3 hours. The guys were great and when they were finished, everything was cleaned up and removed. Highly recommended.

The best quality of this company is that they listen with empathy. You will feel heard. They helped me when i needed them. Being a firefighter by trade , that's one of the most important parts of communication and problem solving. Almost as important as honesty and integrity, which Jason has in full. Angel from Southwest came out at 11 pm to fix our A/C. Turns out we had a broken wire in our power panel, which he found and fixed quickly. By 1130, our house was starting to cool down again, which was a great relief in this hot weather. We are very pleased with his work and with Southwest heating and cooling.
SWest Heating and Cooling is a wonderful company! They are always there for us when we need them! After Hurricane Ian , they immediately brought us a desperately needed new Air Conditioner! Their employees are honest and skillful as well as personable and respectful! One of their techs, Angel, just came today to do our bi-annual maintenance! He is so friendly and easy to work with! He did a fantastic job! They are very trustworthy!
I did my research approximately 4 years ago and chose Southwest Heating and Cooling to replace my old heating and air conditioner. At that time, I also purchased the blue light system that kills mold and helps with air quality. The salesman I met first and then the installation was done on time by their experienced technicians. They obtained the permit and called for inspection after the work was completed. The office staff was great and kept me informed every step of the way. I also signed up for bi-yearly maintenance to keep my investment in great shape. Once again they kept me informed and the technician comes on time and does his job, answers questions and provides recommendations as necessary. I thought I would write this review because my house is under a remodel and the tile floor was removed. Before turning the system back on after 3 months, I just had their duct cleaning service. Several (2) technicians came out on time again and unloaded their equipment and did the service. As usual from this company, we told them about our existing vent circulating air in the house and they set them in the directions that work best in the house. Their work was followed up by Miranda in the office whom I speak to several times a year, truly a great person and employee.
