I can’t say enough about this company. I was having issues with my system turning on. A friend referred me to Southwest Heating and Cooling. I thought I would have to wait a few days for someone to come out to take a look and diagnose the problem considering it’s mid-July with record heat AND, are in the middle of a pandemic. To my great surprise, they dispatched someone to my home the same day! My tech, Joe, was very polite, knowledgeable and I appreciated him entering my home with gloves and a mask. That shows that this company truly cares about the welfare of its customers. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and flush the entire system. He did such a great job that I have now signed up for semi-annual maintenance visits so that I can avoid the situation where my AC stops working in the middle of July with 110° Heat index! I’m so happy to find a company that’s responsive, accommodating and does great work at a reasonable price. That’s hard to find in this area!!
